Founded with a passion for creating safe, high-quality noodles, we specialize in allergen-free products made to enrich mealtime for everyone, including those with dietary restrictions.

Our journey began in 1947, producing fresh udon, soba, and ramen, and has evolved through decades of innovation. Today, we are pioneers in crafting 100% rice-based noodles using non-GMO Japanese rice. With a texture and taste that rival traditional ramen, our gluten-free noodles embody the authentic flavors of Japan in every bite.
