Shoyu (Soy Sauce) Ramen is one of the most popular ramen in Japan and now you can enjoy a tasty Gluten Free ramen safely with confidence! The noodles (rice-based) and soup base are both gluten free. Our Shoyu Ramen has a clear vegan brown broth made with gluten free soy sauce. Our Gluten Free instant rice noodle offers authentic Japanese flavor and texture. This Gluten Free Shoyu Ramen comes with a concentrated liquid soup base which contains no MSG, vegan, and free of the top 6 allergens (free of egg, dairy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, shell fish). Noodles are made of non-GMO Japanese rice flour and is free of the top 8 allergens (vegan).  Manufactured in an ISO 9001-certified Gluten Free factory in Japan.

Ingredients:

Noodle: White rice flour (non-GMO), potato startch, modified starch, alginic acid ester, vitamin B2 (color).

Soup Base: Water, sweet rice wine, salt, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, gluten free soy sauce, sugar, flavoring oil, vegetable oil, yeast extract, onion, garlic, ginger, brewed vinegar, caramel color [Soup Contains: Soy, Corn, Yeast].
